At IOHS, we prioritize your satisfaction. If your purchase arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we will assist you promptly with returns or refunds.

🧾 Return Eligibility

✅ You can request a return or refund if:

The product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent
You notify us within 24 hours of delivery
The product is unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging
You return the product to our official return address

❌ Returns or refunds are not accepted if:

You have used the product and later changed your mind
You request a return after 7 days without prior notice
The product was damaged or altered after delivery
You refuse delivery without a valid reason

🛑 Non-Returnable Items

Returns are not accepted for:

Personal or hygiene items (e.g., grooming tools, undergarments)
Perishable goods
Digital products or gift cards

💰 Refund Process

Once we receive your returned product:

We will inspect it within 2–3 business days
If approved, a full refund will be issued via bKash/Nagad or your preferred payment method
Refunds are processed within 7 business days

🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you:

You’ll receive store credit for the returned item’s value
A gift certificate will be sent after approval

If the gift was not shipped directly to you, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
